Church Building for Rent On Sunday Morning

Here is an entire church building that is available for rent on Sunday mornings starting n January 2020. It seats 100 in the sanctuary and another 35 in an overflow room. It has a classroom, nursery, prayer room, well-equipped kitchen, upgraded sound room and storage room. Our church has rented this wonderful building each Sunday for ten years but now we are merging with GO Church in Virginia Beach in January 2010. Some very kind Christians in New Creation Community have owned the building for over 30 years. They are great to rent from. If you are looking for one of the very few church buildings to rent on a Sunday morning in Hampton Roads, please consider this one!

    Hello Mr. West,

    I’m Pastor Marshall Bonéy here in Virginia Beach. I pastor ReIGNITE Church here (a church plant that launched in Jan 2017). We are currently renting the facility at Princess Anne Middle School and a friend saw your advertisement and inquired if I was interested.

    I would like to know if your facility is still available? If so, what are you asking for rental?
    If available… will there only be one church using this facility (or sharing it)?

    I have a few more questions… however & I would love to hear from you.
